I spent five years building a startup, then another five years deep in PCI compliance, learning how systems really work — and how they fail — when real money is on the line. At a certain point, I had to start over. One thing we never had: clarity. When you’ve spent most of your adult life in one industry, knowing what to do next isn’t simple. Many people saw inconsistency. I was searching for a direction — one that would let me turn experience into real help for other businesses. That’s what led me here.
